2. Overview

At personalizedgift.ae, we specialize in customized and made-to-order products. Each item is created based on the customer’s specifications. Due to this, our return and refund policy is limited to specific situations outlined below.


3. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Important Conditions

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products that match the approved order specifications

  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered

  • Orders where the customer has approved the design before production


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.

  • Once production has started, cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the stage of production.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Approved cancellations (as per the cancellation policy above)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and photo/video evidence

  3. If approved, we will share return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Due to the customized nature of our products, exchanges for different designs, sizes, or preferences are not allowed.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider or bank
