Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and meticulous Personalized Gift Box Maker to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and assembling custom gift boxes that feature personalized designs and branding. This role requires a strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create personalized gift boxes according to client specifications and company standards.
- Assemble gift boxes with precision, ensuring all components are neatly and securely packaged.
- Customize gift box contents, including printing personalized messages, logos, and designs on various items.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure all personalized elements meet quality standards.
- Maintain an organized workspace and manage inventory of gift box materials and supplies.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and client expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and production schedules.
- Provide input on product improvements and new design ideas to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in gift box assembly, crafting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Creative flair and an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of printing techniques and materials is an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods during the workday.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
