Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with a focus on personalized products and logo branding. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our personalized products and printing services.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online content.
Sales Leadership and Business Development
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent and effective branding across all marketing and sales materials.
- Develop and manage promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling product presentations and promotional materials.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement and manage customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a customer database, using CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the personalized products and printing services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success.
