Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indoor/Outdoor Signage Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and application of a variety of signage products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and durability. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and apply indoor and outdoor signage, including but not limited to vinyl graphics, banners, decals, and dimensional lettering.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and determine the best application methods.
- Prepare surfaces for signage application, including cleaning, measuring, and aligning.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools necessary for signage application, including lifts, ladders, and power tools.
- Ensure all installations are completed to company and client specifications, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain detailed records of installations and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in signage installation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various signage materials and application techniques.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in signage installation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights and operate lifts and ladders safely.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
