How to Order & Design Your Brick Figures
To begin creating your custom brick figures, upload clear photos of the individuals and pets you want to be replicated. It’s best to use front-facing, full-body images without covers, and where the figures are wearing bright colors. Avoid patterned clothing for optimal results in the design.
Customization Features
You can personalize the figures with various elements, including hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, and simple accessories. While we aim to capture the essence of your design, please note that complex accessories, hand-held items, and gestures may not be fully replicated due to the limitations of the building blocks. Large decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals are excluded from the design scope.
Sizing & Material
The figures’ size is based on the height of the person standing from head to toe, not the actual height while sitting or lying down. Made from eco-friendly ABS plastic, the figures are both durable and sustainable, ensuring they last for years to come.
Refund Policy
Since this is a fully customized item, once the order is confirmed and production begins, the product cannot be returned or resold.
Refunds before design starts: Full refund available.
Refunds after design starts: 50% refund available.
Refunds after production starts: No refunds or returns once production is underway.
