At personalizedgift.ae, we specialize in customized and made-to-order products. Each item is created based on the customer’s specifications. Due to this, our return and refund policy is limited to specific situations outlined below.
3. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.
Once production has started, cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the stage of production.
